Schedule

The schedule is tentative and subject to change.

Program Check-In
Program check-in is Thursday, August 21, between 9:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. at the BYU Cannon Center.

Orientation
Orientation will be held from 11:00-Noon in the Maeser Building (MSRB). Following orientation, lunch will be served in the BYU Cannon Center cafeteria. Classes will be held from 2:00-5:00 p.m.

Classes
You will attend classes Thursday through Saturday morning on campus and Monday through Wednesday* morning on campus, with lab, research, and/or study time in the afternoons.

Housing (Thursday, August 21, and Friday, August 22)
All Late Summer Honors participants will be housed in the BYU Helaman Halls on Thursday and Friday evening.  This will give you an opportunity to meet and get to know the other participants at Late Summer Honors.

Because the housing office will be preparing all the rooms for fall semester on Saturday, all Late Summer Honors participants must check out of Helaman Halls on Saturday morning, August 23, by 9:00 a.m. We will have a room available for your luggage.

Housing (Saturday, August 23, through Wednesday, August 27)
You will be checking in to your fall semester room assignment on Saturday, August 23, after 5:00 p.m. Rooms are not available before 5:00 p.m.  If you are not staying in on campus housing during fall semester, you must make alternate arrangements for housing during the remainder of Late Summer Honors.
